The Side Quest $50 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

Official Rules

No purchase, survey completion, newsletter subscription, or social media action is necessary to enter or win. These actions will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is The Side Quest Experience LLC, operating as The Side Quest, at [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”). Questions about this giveaway may be sent to info@thesidequestlv.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and whose primary residence is within one of the eligible ZIP codes listed below.

Area names are provided for reference; the listed ZIP codes define the eligible area. A local mailing address or PO box alone does not establish residency. Residents of communities served by PO-box-only ZIP codes may be asked to verify their primary residential location.

Visitors and people residing outside the eligible area are not eligible. Sponsor’s owners, employees, people involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry period

The giveaway begins September 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends at October 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s entry-form submission timestamps determine whether an entry was received on time. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit https://forms.gle/1wchVpupJHeXYsJc9 and submit the giveaway entry form with your name, valid email address, city, ZIP code, eligibility confirmation, and agreement to these Official Rules. The giveaway form is available directly without completing the community survey. Submission of a survey or newsletter signup alone does not enter you.

Limit one entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of email addresses or entry links used. All eligible entries receive the same chance of winning. Newsletter signup is optional and has no effect on eligibility or odds.

Entries must be truthful and submitted by the entrant. Automated, fraudulent, or impersonated entries are prohibited. Duplicate submissions do not provide extra chances; Sponsor will retain only the first valid entry per person. Shared household addresses do not by themselves disqualify different eligible people.

5. Prize and odds

One prize: one Amazon.com Gift Card with a retail value of $50 USD. Total prize value: $50 USD. The prize will be delivered electronically to the verified winner’s email address. Amazon.com Gift Card terms and restrictions apply. No cash alternative or transfer of the prize by the winner is permitted. Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor will not charge a fee to enter, claim, or receive the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. With one winner, each eligible entry has a 1-in-N chance, where N is the total number of eligible entries. For example, if 500 eligible entries are received, each has a 1-in-500 chance.

6. Drawing and notification

Within seven calendar days after the Entry Period closes, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries using a computerized random drawing and retain a record of the selection. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email from info@thesidequestlv.com within two business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after the notification is sent and provide reasonable verification of age and residence if requested. Do not submit identity documents through the public entry form. Sponsor will explain a verification method privately if needed.

If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be contacted because the email is undeliverable, or does not respond within the stated deadline, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries and repeat the process as needed. The prize will be sent within 14 calendar days after eligibility is verified and the prize is accepted.

7. Survey independence and optional newsletter

Giveaway entries are collected separately from community survey responses. Survey completion and the content of any survey answers are not used to select the winner. Entrants may separately choose to receive The Side Quest’s marketing emails through an optional, unchecked consent box. Choosing not to subscribe, not confirming a newsletter subscription, or later unsubscribing does not affect a valid giveaway entry.

8. Personal information

Sponsor uses entry information to administer this giveaway, check eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact the winner, deliver the prize, and maintain necessary giveaway records. Marketing emails are sent only to entrants who separately opt in. Information may be processed by service providers assisting with these purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional information. Sponsor will not publish entrants’ email addresses or full residential addresses.

9. Fair administration

Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules or involve fraud or tampering. If a technical failure, fraud, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially prevents fair operation, Sponsor may suspend or modify the giveaway only as reasonably necessary and permitted by law, with notice on the giveaway page. Where reasonably possible, Sponsor will award the advertised prize through a fair random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries already received. Low participation alone is not a reason to withhold the prize.

10. Platform independence

This giveaway is sponsored by The Side Quest, not Amazon, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those companies. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from this giveaway. Entry information is provided to Sponsor through its service providers, not to a social platform as the giveaway administrator.

11. Winner information and questions

For confirmation that the prize has been awarded, email info@thesidequestlv.com with the subject “Giveaway Results” within 60 days after the Entry Period closes. Sponsor may provide the verified winner’s first name, last initial, and city, where permitted by law. No additional promotional use of a winner’s photograph or testimonial is required to receive the prize.

These rules are governed by applicable Nevada and federal law and do not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
